1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on WorldDumps are digital products (including downloadable files, practice questions, or online access materials). Because of the nature of digital goods, items cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed.

However, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The purchased product is not accessible or cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue on our platform.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You purchased the wrong product accidentally and have not downloaded or accessed the material.

  • The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The issue is related to user device compatibility, internet problems, or lack of technical knowledge.

  • Requests made after the refund eligibility period.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, please contact our support team with proof of payment. We will review the case and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

WorldDumps reserves the right to refuse refunds or suspend accounts if we detect abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests or fraudulent activity.
